Nestled in the bayside suburb of Brighton, Melbourne, this private home underwent a sophisticated kitchen upgrade featuring striking natural stone surfaces. The owners wanted a space that balanced clean, contemporary lines with the timeless elegance of marble.

Stone Selection
To achieve the perfect harmony of style and practicality, we selected Super White Dolomite for the island benchtop and splashback. The soft grey veining delivers a luxurious aesthetic while offering superior durability for daily use.

Design Features

• Waterfall Island Benchtop: A seamless Super White Dolomite slab creates a bold centrepiece with a waterfall edge that enhances the kitchen’s minimalist design.

• Matching Splashback: Continuing the same stone up the wall produces a clean, uninterrupted flow while providing excellent protection from cooking areas.

• Custom Cabinet Integration: Sleek white cabinetry and matte black accents highlight the natural texture of the stone and add contrast to the space.

• Designer Lighting: Pendant lighting was installed to softly illuminate the stone, drawing attention to its unique veining patterns.
